An ongoing collaboration with Mish Iberica™ Implants that focuses on guided surgery. This work will soon be presented as a PhD dissertation defended by Juan Delgado, supervised by Javier Montero. Also, another in vitro research project focusing on the biomechanical behaviour of implant-supported restorations screwed with distinct type of implants, type of screws and torques has recently been completed, and is the dissertation topic of a recent PhD (DDS Beatriz Pardal). The work generated in collaboration with Azurebio™ on bone regeneration using innovative biomaterials will shortly be defended as the PhD dissertation of another team member (Javier Flores). Also, an experimental study using mini pigs has just started and partial results will soon be communicated.
